Meet Our Team

Serg studied mechanical engineering at Humber College, but quickly realized his passion was for people, rather than for engineering. Having previously worked in the high-tech industry, he has been in the car business since 2007, where he's been a top performer wherever he's worked. At BMW of Mississauga since 2008, Serge is an avid soccer player who played semi-professionally, and a recently-engaged family man. Serg is fluent in Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, Bosnian, and Slovenian

Brandon's greatest passion has always been cars. A little over 10 years ago, he went in to purchase a vehicle at one of the Pfaff dealerships and while going through the process, he started to see himself in the automotive industry. He asked his sales rep "how do I get into this business?" and the rest was history. His interest for BMW started at a young age and right out of high school. The BMW he really fell for was a 2004 330i ZHP sedan - any M vehicle with 4 doors has his vote. Prior to the automotive industry, he worked in the restaurant business and even owned a restaurant at one point in his life. He attended Seneca College for Business Administration and is a former Newmarket resident now living in Vaughan. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and friends, playing golf in the summer, and playing hockey in the winter.

Leo grew up in Etobicoke, and studied to become a chef at George Brown College's culinary institute. He grew up loving cars, however, and after working a number of jobs in construction and the air transportation business, started in the industry in 2002, after a family member suggested it would be a good fit. Leo started working at BMW of Mississauga in 2008, before its acquisition by Pfaff. He has two young boys who are heavily into sports, lives in Mississauga, and speaks Italian.

Chris grew up at the race track with his cousins; he worked on a race team supporting a Formula 2000 car, and started his first job at a dealership in 2002, after a stint at the LCBO. He studied business administration at Sheridan College. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and two children; he loves hockey and other sports, and lives in Burlington.

Sean has had a love for cars all of his life. His passion for BMW begun at a young age when his mother bought their first BMW, a BMW 5 Series. He started in the automotive industry in 1996 and started selling cars at the age of 18 at a Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership. Prior to his automotive experience, he attended Sheridan College for graphic design and also worked in retail sales. He currently lives in Burlington, and enjoys going to the gym, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with his daughter. His all time favourite car that he has owned was a E93 2010 BMW M3 Cabriolet. He fluently speaks English and Klingon.

Sales, and connecting the right people with the right products and services, has always been Lee's forte, whether in the wireless business, as a financial services advisor (he studied statistics and mathematics at Carelton University), or in automobiles. For a long time the only Chinese-speaking sales representative at BMW of Mississauga, he has been at the dealership since 2008. In his spare time, he is working toward acquiring his private pilot's license. Lee is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Dylan joined the group in 2012 as a car porter at Pfaff Porsche while finishing off his degree in psychology at University of Western Ontario in London . In 2015 he joined the Sales team at Pfaff BMW in Mississauga. Dylan's interest in BMW came from his father, who has always been an avid a BMW enthusiast. His favourite model is a naturally aspirated M5 E39. Dylan's loves are skiing, golfing and playing soccer. He lives in Vaughan.

Nael has worked in the automotive industry since 2011. He attended McGill University and LaSalle College for marketing, and later had a career in finance before moving into automotive sales. He developed an interest for cars at a young and carried that passion with him into his present role. His favourite car is a BMW M3. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family. He currently resides in Mississauga, and fluently speaks Arabic.

Fleet manager for the entire Pfaff group, Jerome has worked with Pfaff for four years. While he's been a car enthusiast his entire life - his first car was a 1967 Dodge Dart whose radio only had one working speaker - he happened into the business by accident, when his wife (then girlfriend) noticed there was a job opening at the dealership across the street from her workplace. He has since worked at three dealership groups, several fleet management companies in Canada and the U.S., and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association.

Philip is a 30-plus-year veteran of the automotive industry, and uses his background working at a high-end clothing store into delivering exceptional experiences in the showroom. He's a car fanatic, and enjoys all kinds of cars, including vintage, classic, muscle, sporty, and luxury vehicles. Philip lives in Toronto, speaks fluent Italian, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as giving back - he has helped fundraise for the Princess Margaret cancer foundation since 1997.

With over 20+ years in the automotive industry, Amit brings a wealth of knowledge to BMW with his passion for luxury automotive and customer service. Spending many years in luxury automotive, Amit has put quite a few of them on the racetrack and is enamored with the M8 Competition. With a great understanding of "white glove and red carpet" service, he will make your visit most comfortable and time well spent especially when he is demonstrating BMW's all-new electric vehicles.

Daniel Poortvliet was born in Emmeloord, Netherlands. Being a farmer's son, he was always involved at an early age in taking things apart like tractors, machinery, bicycles and scooters. He attended automotive college in the Netherlands in 1979, and landed a job with Renault in Emmeloord, Netherlands as a technician. After immigrating to Canada in 1986, Daan worked as a licensed BMW technician at Beach Auto in Toronto until 1995, then took on the role as team leader at Maranello BMW from 1995-1997. Since 1997, he has worked as Pfaff BMW's Shop Foreman and team leader. Daan received first place in the ISTC Canada competition in 2001 and was among the top seven winners worldwide in Germany. In 2003, he went on to take third place. He loves to follow bicycle racing and car racing, and enjoys cycling in his free time; he has a collection of bicycles. Daan lives in Mississauga and speaks Dutch and German.

Daniel Started in the automotive industry as a tire and lube technician while still attending high school. In 1996, enrolled in the automotive diploma program at Centennial College, and after graduating, worked as an automotive apprentice at Honda. He joined Pfaff BMW in 2003 as a licensed technician, and received his Master Technician status in 2008. Daniel loves the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, boating and spending time with his family. He lives in Bolton and is fluent in Portuguese.

Jason has always loved cars. He started here at Pfaff BMW in 2015 in our Service Department as a vehicle porter, and later decided he wanted to work in the Parts Department. He always knew he wanted to be on the parts team, and his first role on the parts team was a Parts Runner. Jason worked his way up and is now one of our top senior advisors, bringing knowledge and insight to all the customers he assists. Jason's favourite BMWs are the E60 and F10 M5's. He loves them because they offer a great balance between a sporty dynamic, lots of power, and a spacious comfortable interior to drive your family around. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing basketball, hiking and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Ash has always been a huge car enthusiast. He's been in the automotive industry for all of his career. In 2013, Ash visited Pfaff BMW purchasing parts for his BMW at the time and jokingly asked "are you you hiring?" The rest is history. Ash's favourite car is the E46 M3 which he currently owns. He holds a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Guelph. Ash currently lives in Mississauga.

Chris has worked at Pfaff BMW since he was hired as a co-op apprentice for the service department in 2011; he's since held roles as a parts runner and parts advisor. After getting accepted into the law program at Ryserson University, he changed course to follow his passion for cars, and has never looked back; his first project car was a 1992 E36 3 Series he purchased in high school. Outside of work, Chris likes to work on his project cars with friends; he also works part time at a community centre, and enjoys playing music.

From when he was a child, Nathan has had two major passions: cars and golf, and he has the special distinction of having worked in both fields. His automotive passion runs deep; Nathan studied automotive marketing at Georgian College, and began working in the dealership business from when he was just out of school. In his various roles in the car industry, he has worked in leasing, finance, parts, and sales, and has managed his own inventory.

Pat started his interest in cars since the early Gran Turismo days, and has been a car enthusiast ever since. He's been in the automotive industry for almost 15 years. He started in the industry at a repo-depo as a lot attendant, moved to Audi Downtown Toronto in 2010, and then to Pfaff BMW in 2014. He joined Pfaff BMW as a sales lot attendant, and then made the move to the parts department in 2016. He's since held roles as a Parts Runner, a Temporary Driver, and his current role as a Parts Shipper/Receiver. He has a Business Administration from Humber College. Pat's favourite car is the '03 Infiniti G35 which he purchased in 2010, but the '94 R32 Nissan SkyLine GTR (V-Spec 2) has always been at the top of his list. Outside of work, Pat likes to work on his electric guitar knowledge; he also volunteers part-time at an Indonesian church as a drummer, and enjoys playing video games. He's also a real big fan of Japanese Manga and Anime. Pat currently lives in Mississauga.
